Overall, our trip to Thailand was a very good experience. I’m thankful to the agency for arranging our airline tickets and making the travel smooth. The hotel stays were mostly very good – especially in Bangkok, where the accommodation and breakfast were excellent. However, at Ayara Grand in Pattaya, we were not comfortable with the administration. They asked for a deposit that was not mentioned earlier, and the rules were quite strict, which made our stay less relaxing.

The drivers assigned to us were exceptional – extremely sweet, helpful, and supportive. Despite the language barrier, they guided us well, showed us around, and even helped us understand the local culture. The cars were clean and comfortable, making all our transfers and travel very convenient.

The sightseeing spots included in the package were wonderful – we enjoyed the Dinner cruise at Chao Praya, Floating Market, Train Market, Safari World, Noong Nooch Village, and Alcazar Show. All were well-organized and memorable experiences.

Food arrangements were average – the options provided could have been better.

Overall, I truly enjoyed my trip and loved Thailand. It was a beautiful experience, and I’m happy with the arrangements made. Thank you for making it a memorable holiday.
